I've already looked this up and done what dell has said to do and I still have this problem. I click shut down and everything works normally, for a while. Then it beeps, the alienware logo on the front of the computer flashes between blue and orange and the computer finally restarts. It usually shuts down on the second try, usually but not always. Anyone else have this problem and know how to fix it?
I spent $1800 on this. Does Dell have no quality control? After this I'm building my own computers, this is just ridiculous.
