Alienware M17xR43D Freeze

I bought an Alienware M17xR43D, 3 or 4 weeks after I got it I started to notice that it would freeze whenever I'm browsing the web, I thought it was malware or a virus at first, but then I ran some tests and eventually found out that my computer had malware, so I thought that had to be the problem but apparently that wasn't the case, I updated all my drivers, I ran Alien Autopsy and everything seemed to be ok, I even used safe-mode to run some malware and virus scans. I've been trying to find a way to fix this because it happens randomly, some days it will freeze at least 3 times and some days it will run perfectly fine. Sometimes it will take forever to load at start-up either at the windows logo or at the log-in screen and even after I had logged in, forcing me to do a hard reboot. I tried windows start-up repair but unfortunately, if I remember correctly, it would only state that windows could not find or solve (not sure) any problems. Then I decided to use Alien Respawn, that didn't seem to work either... I don't know what to do anymore, there are so many similar problems on the web, but I just can't seem to find a solution to mine. I've also noticed that at least 50% of times it will freeze whenever I open network and sharing center, Ironically, it never happens when I'm playing a game, even if it does, only the desktop and windows will freeze but not the game.

My specs are:

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64. Version: 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601

GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 680m

CPU: Intel Core i7-3740QM @ 2.70 GHz

BIOS: Alienware A11

SMBIOS Version: 2.7

RAM: 16GB

Network Adapter: Killer Wireless-N 1103

SSD: 250GB SAMSUNG PM83 SCSI

HDD: 1TB WDC WD10JPVT-75A

If I missed any important information, please feel free to let me know. Any help with my issue would be very well appreciated.
