Hi, I've had my alienware 14 since October. The machine ran excellently, with games, media, and everything, no problem. Recently, however the computer would not boot properly, and I wasnt sure what the issue was, because it was working the day before.
After a few days of trying to boot safe mode and get access to AlienAutopsy, I couldnt, as it wont run in safemode, so I removed all of my personal data and ran a diagnostics. It returned with a hard drive failure, and the only remaining material is the stock alienware and PC software, and some game files that I couldn't remove due to transfer errors with the hard drive.
What should I do now? I'm assuming a hard drive replacement is necessary.
