X51 660 Hard Crash

I recently updated to the nvidia 660 and have since been having some issues with crashing while gaming. The system is not over heating, as I'm constantly tracking cool temperatures. It simply crashes without warning as if someone is unplugging the computer. The PC makes no noises and there is no slowing in the frame rate. It simply crashes and reboots.

The timing of said crashes is unpredictable as it can be anywhere from a few seconds into launching into game play or up to an hour. The fan is running properly and at no point has the case or graphics card been hot to the touch. I've got the largest PSU available for the x51 (330w). All the drivers are up to date and I've already attempted to uninstall and re-install said drivers.

I'm also running on Windows 7, as I've heard recently that 8 is causing some similar sorts of issues.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
