Title says it all. Games play fine, but any video on line freezes this machine hard, and I have to do a hard shut down. Repeatable error; has happened several times. I should add that I have updated to the latest Nvidia Drivers for my video card, but that didn't change anything. This happens every time I play any kind of video on line, like YouTube. Within a few seconds of starting the video, the computer freezes hard, to the point where I can't even Ctrl-Alt-Del. I'm pretty shocked, actually. This was a $5,000 purchase and the thing doesn't work, straight out of the box. So much for my dream machine. My old Acer Vista game laptop performed better than this. Anybody? I know people are looking at my post, so hopefully somebody can offer some assistance. What gives? I have had this laptop less than two weeks.
