Now I don't know if I can get a warrentee on this (pretty sure I had a warrentee). But my problem started with my computer, the Alienware 14, stop charging. It completely refuses to charge, except on certain occasions, which are pretty random. Now today I got a message saying that my new drivers for my sound was installing, which I though was weird but might have just been an update. Now guess what... I don't have sound anymore. So these are the two big problems, but really, my issues started a while back with my speaker sounds not playing. Which I was ok with since I used headphones anyways. Then the center plug in for speakers or microphones broke and only plays out of one ear. So that sucks. Now I got "plugged in not charging" Which slows down my computer, making so I lag in games (it's, an Alienware, I'm a gamer). Any help is appreciated, but if need be I will ask for a replacement, although I don't remember how long my warentee lasts. Unfortunately I will have to recommend not buying an Alienware as for the price, the quality is bad. In my experience, it under-performed (mine personally, for some reason it couldn't handle the same graphics as others with the same computer), it broke incredibly easy somehow, even though I hardly move it around, except for on long trips in the car or anything. Please help I would rather not buy a new computer or replace with warrentee.
edit 1: Ok so apparently If I plug in my headphones sound will play for about half a second before cutting out again. I am trying to reinstall my realtek audio driver but the device manager isn't letting me.
Edit2: I'm putting edits as I work on this computer. Now I think I fixed my audio, had to mess around with Realtek and reinstall it. Now I think my speaker issue is that my speaker audio plays out of my headphones, and headphones are being registered as speakers. If that makes any sense? Also I might have temporary fixed my battery issue, simply by taking off the bottom plate, taking out the battery (disconnecting it too) and plugging it back in... Now it seems to be charging but I haven't taken out the charger and put it back in to see if it will still charge. Don't want to either.
