Is it possible to upgrade this internal hard drive to a larger one?

Is this just for the windows operating system?
I added another hard drive to my system on Raid 0 and it only shows 960 Gig, but I have 3 500 Gig drives in it. Does windows 7 64 bit have a limitation or is it the computer that isn't allowing it all to show?
