I made payment for alienware laptop on 5th may 2014, on 23rd may 2014 I was asked to collect laptop from PUROLATOR warehouse. I contacted agent Maya customer care rep and told her that I cannot collect it from their as it is nearly 3 hours’ drive from my place, she agree and told me that she will ask carrier to ship it.
On 3rd June I asked customer care about status of shipment to which they replied that laptop is back with alienware I was shocked and gusted to hear that as I was told it will be shipped again. Well same day I asked it to be shipped again and I was informed that it will be shipped in 10 days.
On 10th June 2014 I got an email from Dell telling me that my order is cancelled because of processing issues and if I agree it will be shipped in 10 days. Well I agreed to that.
From 10th to 20th June I contacted several customer care agents and one of them offered me compensation of alienware mouse for the delay which I gladly accepted. Furthermore I asked several customer care rep to deliver item anytime Friday or Saturday a request which all of them noted and accepted.
On 23rd I get an call from PUROLATOR asking me to collect my item from their warehouse hearing that terrible annoyed me as I have been complaining about this very issue and it has happened again. I contacted alienware manager and asked him to straightaway cancel my order for the mouse. I asked him to deliver laptop on Friday and Saturday and he informed me that is not possible (Contradiction earlier rep said something else), Secondly I asked him to connect me to Canadian rep a request he declined (Clearly there are no Canadian rep that is the reason). Thirdly I asked him who was responsible for this situation he couldn't answer that and finally disconnected.
Customer care is horrible.
