This is first actual time i have had a serious issue with my alienware desktop in almost two years now. The trouble I am experiencing is whenever I try to start my computer it goes to the alienware loadscreen then goes to a black screen, while not even loading Windows and sitting on the black screen till I turn it off again. I cannot access the F8 key upon reset either. The amount of info I have about the problem is minimal. My specs for the computer is a Aurora - R4 BIOS A06 with fireware version 8.1.10.1286. Intel core I7-3820 CPU @ 3.6GHz with Nvidia GeForce 650. However i have tried multiple things draining the battery, removing each individual memeory stick to determine is one of them were bad. I have check my hard drive and it is fine and also ran the diagnostics check under the ePSA menu with no error messege/readings. I have reseated all connections including the hard drive. I have checked for different beeps when restarting the computer with different parts uninstalled. I tried reinstalling Windows 7 premium yet it cannot find a hard drive. I even bought a new hard drive to see if was bad or not yet still it couldn't find the hard drive. If I could get any help it would be much appreciated, thank you in advance.
