Wireless problem

I bought a new Alienware 17 a few week ago.

Now I find it its wireless speed is too slow to play game. It is 10 Mbps in the Internet speed test..

but another laptop's is 20 mbps in the same Internet

how can I fix this problem?

is it my router problem?
