I got my system in August of 2012 and have had problems on and off ever since the longest time I've had my computer continually was maybe 5 months while under warranty I sent my laptop in 3-4 times to be repaired it would come back work fine for up to 3 months and fail again. The first 2 times the video card was replaced the 3rd time they replaced the motherboard and graphics card. The 4th time I sent my laptop in I was one month out of warranty and they replaced my hard drive, motherboard, graphics card, and some fans All for free. After that repair my laptop was running the best it had ever ran since I got it until 3 months later it started freezing up and finally crashed again with a failed motherboard and god knows what else. I called alienware and was transferred to the out of warranty department and talked to someone who said for $328 I could have it sent in to be repaired. I said alright I'm going to get an estimate from a local repair shop and he replied that will be impossible because the motherboard needed replacing and they don't sell their parts to anyone so I said okay ill do the repair with you folks then. So I got my system back yesterday all they replaced was the palm rest, video card, and speakers they didn't replace the motherboard like was needed and 20 minutes after playing battlefield 4 my laptop shut off by itself and won't turn on again BIG SURPRISE there. After spending an hour trying to get this problem fixed yesterday I was told someone will call me back in 30 minutes I never received a call back so I called back again today and after getting transferred and being out on hold I was told there was nothing that could be done and I would have my money refunded for the repair in 3-4 business days. Can and should I file a lawsuit for all these troubles I've been having under lemon law and not being offered a new system after so many troubles and repairs?
