Okay bear with me on this one:
When I purchased my first Alienware computer it came with a bundle. I believe it the first Aurora model but not completely sure. Regardless the bundle was you get the desktop, a monitor, and a speaker system. The monitor was the Samsung SyncMaster 2253BW and this is where my issue lies. My monitor has stopped working and I need to get it serviced however I don't remember the date I purchased it. If someone could help me get the time frame when this offer was held that could at least get me a good idea when I approximately purchased my monitor. I know I had this monitor for at least 4 years now and it was made in 2008. I know this question is a little weird and a bit out there but if someone know exactly when this offer was provided that will help me get my monitor serviced.
