got the computer's ( stupidly we bought 2) about 6 months ago. we got the X51 i7 and had nothing but problems with the GPU, a nvidia GTX 660, the graphics kernel keeps stopping responding and recovering while playing games, on YouTube and recently just browsing the web, mainly with games (I.E world of Warcraft) the screen goes black, we get the error balloon down the bottom but you can still hear the game music but the games shut down??
we have tried updating the graphics drivers, we have tried rolling back the graphics drivers, we have tried deleting the graphics card itself and reinstalling it, we have adjusted the 3D settings as nvidia advised, we have tried a system restore to an earlier time, we have even tried a full factory restore...nothing is working.
im just about ready to smash these computers into a million tiny parts with a very large hammer and send them back to dell piece by piece and they can pay postage!!!!!
