Yet another question about Respawn

After my R4 had a meltdown (long story, different time) I downloaded all the relevant software to get things going again, the last being Respawn.

I tried to do a Create System Recovery Media but it wouldn't let me. I then upgraded to Premium, tried again and no joy.

The two radio buttons are there for DVD and USB options but they are not letting any input.

Help needed
