I have alienware m17x r4 it come with windows 8 and load in uefi secure boot but few week ago i have problem with booting because of some corrupted files so i call dell and ask him, he told me i need reinstall windows so he ask me if i have the windows 8 installer cd after telling him yes he ask go to bios and change SATA from Raid 0 to ACHI and then turn off secure boot then change from UEFI to Legacy mode reinstall fresh windows 8 with cd after that i start with alien head because is set to Legacy. After few days i try to go to bios setting and change from legacy to UEFI turn on secure boot and it was unable to start windows it says no boot device was found and then try to change back to legacy mode and was working normally without format is most because is install to boot with legacy mode. I just want to know can i start my laptop windows 8 in UEFI again like before with reinstaling windows in uefi boot.
