Hello everyone, I just bought a new alienware 17 and I got problems with my gaming headset Razer Megalodon. The model of laptop, as i said, is the new alienware 17, on its lowest configuration with windows 7 64bit on. The headset works perfectly on other computers, but when i plug it in the alienware the laptop doesn't recognize it as an headset but only as a generic usb devices. The headset doesn't appear in the audio tsakbar and seems to being not even considered by the pc when plugged in. The firmware is updated to the last version(2.12). I called the assistance service and the technician made me download almos 800mb of drivers for the Alienware, but this didn'solve the problem. Any sugestion? Does anyone else have the same issue?
