I've come across quite a few posts regarding recent orders.
People had their orders cancelled for various reasons, one of them being a duplicate entry in the Order Confirmation for "Thank you for choosing Dell".
I've just had a look at my order and can see the exact same issue.
I've purchased through the 6 months interest free GEM Visa option. I've already paid half of the debt off so I'm concerned with any form of order cancellation - i .e., what is going to happen with my money?
I've got the order confirmation on the 7th of August, since then I've been informed that there is a shortage in parts and my order has been delayed and estimated to arrive on the 9th of September.
I would hate to find out on the 9th that my order needed to be cancelled and I have to wait another 1.5 moths.
So far I have been very disappointed with Dell Customer Service. I feel as I'm being kept in the dark regarding my order.
Can someone please help get this sorted?
